Vanilla Protein Oats

Serves 1


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 scoop R3 Vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tsp 100% natural peanut butter, melted
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • Organic honey or sweetener of choice


  1. Bring the oats to boil with distilled water (alternatively you can use plant milk if you desire)
  2. Add the R3 Vegan vanilla protein powder, vanilla powder and maca powder
  3. Once the oats are cooked to your desired consistency top with
    the melted peanut butter and fresh seasonal fruit.
  4. Drizzle with organic honey or another sweetener of choice if you desire it sweeter.
