Raw Protein Brownies

Serves 12 



  • 2 cups Hazelnuts
  • 2.5 cups shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup cacao powder
  • 4 cups almonds
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1.5 cups medjool dates
  • 1 cup rice malt syrup
  • 1 scoop R3 Vanilla Protein Powder


  • 2 cups 70% Lindt dark chocolate
  • 2 cups coconut milk



  1. Place hazelnuts, coconut, almonds, cacao powder and salt in a high speed blender or food processor and blend
  2. Add in the medjool dates and rice malt syrup and continue to blend in the food processor until the mixture is sticky
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray
  4. Make the chocolate ganache topping by placing the Lindt dark chocolate and coconut milk into a sauce pan and stir over a medium heat until melted
  5. Pour the ganache over the baking tray mixture and place in the freezer for one hour, or until set
  6. Top with hazelnuts, shredded coconut and desiccated coconut
