Mango Protein Acai Bowl

Serves 2R3 Mango Protein Acai Bowl

Ingredients

 

Method

 

  1.  In a high speed blender, mix the frozen mango until
    smooth (add 1-2 tsp of boiling water to help blend if needed)
  2. Add 4 Sambazon acai sachets and blend until a smooth, creamy texture is formed (add 1-2 tsp of boiling water to help blend if needed / occasionally stir through with a spatula to help break
    down the mixture)
  3. Add R3 Vanilla Protein Powder and blend
  4. Top with your desired toppings, such as (see image);
    strawberries, granola cacao nibs, 100% natural peanut butter, desiccated coconut, goji berries, coconut yoghurt and organic honey)

* To make recipe vegan friendly, use R3 Vegan Vanilla Protein
