Choc Coconut Protein Balls

Serves 5 choc coconut protein balls

Ingredients

Base:

  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 60g medjool dates
  • 1 scoop R3 Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp water

     

    Method

    1. Place cacao powder, medjool dates, R3 protein powder, almonds and water in a food processor and mix until a sticky consistency is formed
    2. Divide the mixture into 5 piles and using the palm of your hands roll the mixture into firm balls
    3. Roll the balls in desiccated coconut
    4. Store chocolate balls in the fridge
    5. * place in the fridge to harden up if you have used too much water

    * To make recipe vegan friendly, use R3 Vegan Vanilla Protein
