Choc Coconut Protein Balls

Ingredients
Base:
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 60g medjool dates
- 1 scoop R3 Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 2 tbsp water
Method
- Place cacao powder, medjool dates, R3 protein powder, almonds and water in a food processor and mix until a sticky consistency is formed
- Divide the mixture into 5 piles and using the palm of your hands roll the mixture into firm balls
- Roll the balls in desiccated coconut
- Store chocolate balls in the fridge
- * place in the fridge to harden up if you have used too much water
