Choc Banana Protein Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1


-  3 medium frozen bananas
-  1 scoop R3 Chocolate Protein Powder *
-  1 tbsp cacao powder
-  1 tsp vanilla powder
-  1 tbsp 100% natural peanut butter


  1. In a high speed blender, mix the frozen bananas
    together until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency (add 1-2 tsp of boiling water to help blend if needed)
  1. Add the R3 Chocolate Protein powder*, cacao powder, vanilla powder and peanut butter
  1. Top with your desired toppings, such as (see image);
    shredded coconut, banana, cacao nibs, almonds, 100% natural peanut butter and desiccated coconut

*To make recipe vegan friendly, use R3 Vegan Chocolate Protein
